About Me

I am passionate about serving others and helping them achieve wellness holistically. I tailor sessions to each client's individual needs. However, I often incorporate a blend of interpersonal and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques.

I believe that having faith in something greater than oneself can lead to lasting change. Faith and spirituality can be an important tool in the counseling process. Although I have a strong Christian faith, I respect those with other beliefs and only incorporate faith and spirituality at the client's request.

I have gained valuable clinical experience by working with clients struggling with eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder. I have also worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, boundary issues, relationship problems, codependency, marital conflict, and life transitions.
